Prof. Mohamed Balaha is a clinician–scientist, pediatric specialist, and Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Medical Pharmacology at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University and Tanta University. He earned his M.B.B.Ch., M.Sc., and M.D./Ph.D. (Egypt–Japan) in Medical Pharmacology, with over 20 years of academic, clinical, and leadership experience. His professional work spans clinical pharmacy practice, pharmacotherapy education, quality assurance, and antimicrobial stewardship. Prof. Mohamed Balaha’s research interests focus on antimicrobial therapeutics, immunopharmacology, plant-derived bioactives, and translational disease models, supported by strong skills in in vivo experimentation, molecular pathways analysis, and clinical evaluation. His impactful publications, editorial roles, and international collaborations underpin multiple research excellence recognitions, reflecting sustained contributions to evidence-based medicine and innovative pharmacological solutions.
