Lecturer Walid El Hamad earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Accounting from the University of Wollongong in 2021. His doctoral thesis, “A Spectacular Production: NEITI, Transparency, and Accountability in the Extractive Industry in Nigeria,” reflects his deep engagement with critical issues in the field.
