Konstantinos-Eirinaios Kaselouris is a civil engineer and research associate specializing in transportation planning and engineering, with a strong focus on traffic engineering, road safety, driver behavior, and statistical and machine-learning modeling. Mr. Cheng Jian is a distinguished Senior Engineer (Professor Level) in civil and structural engineering with over 19 years of professional experience. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Zhejiang University, completing his postgraduate studies in March 2005. His career began at the Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Architectural Design & Research, where he developed strong expertise in structural design, seismic engineering, and project management, obtaining the Class 1 Registered Structural Engineer qualification in 2009 and advancing to Senior Professional Title in 2013. Since 2014, he has served at Zhejiang Provincial Direct Building Design Institute Co., Ltd., taking on leadership roles such as Chief Engineer (Structural), Deputy Director of the BIM Center, and Deputy Chief Engineer of the Group. His research interests lie in structural optimization, disaster resilience, and BIM-integrated design, where he pioneered innovative BIM-based corrosion detection protocols. With an h-index of 6, 8 published documents, and over 120 citations, his academic contributions complement his technical leadership. Recognized with multiple awards, including the First Prize of Outstanding Young Designer (2018), Mr. Cheng has also mentored more than 20 junior engineers, shaping the next generation of professionals.
