Mr. Parthiban V is a seasoned academician with over two decades of teaching experience in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology, Chennai. He holds a Ph.D. (pursuing) in VLSI Design from Anna University, Chennai, along with M.E. in Applied Electronics, AMIE in Electronics and Communication Engineering, a Post Diploma in Machine Maintenance from CIPET, and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering. His academic career spans roles as Instructor, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor, reflecting progressive professional growth and strong leadership capabilities. He has handled a wide range of subjects including VLSI Design, Wireless Communication, Optical Communication, Microprocessors, Antenna and Wave Propagation, and Computer Networks. His research interests focus on IoT applications, VLSI, wireless communication systems, and embedded technologies. He has published several papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. His contributions have been recognized through student project funding from the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology and the Best Nodal Officer Award from the Election Commission of India. With active involvement in academic administration, accreditation processes, and faculty development, he continues to contribute effectively to teaching, research, and institutional development.

Dr. Ding Tianli is an Assistant Professor of Law whose scholarship centers on comparative law and intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on patent law, copyright law, and cross-border intellectual property protection. He earned a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) through a joint doctoral program between Nanjing University and the University of Freiburg, where his training integrated Chinese and European legal traditions and methodologies. His academic experience includes teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as Comparative Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Patent Law, alongside supervising graduate research in comparative legal systems and intellectual property disputes. Dr. Ding has also contributed to curriculum development and the strengthening of intellectual property law as a specialized discipline within legal education. International research experience as a research assistant at the University of Freiburg further enriched his expertise in comparative and international economic law with an East Asian focus. His research addresses the interaction between intellectual property protection, digital transformation, and governance, as well as interdisciplinary issues linking criminal law, psychology, and cognitive impairment. Dr. Ding has published in reputable international journals, reflecting both doctrinal and empirical approaches to contemporary legal challenges. Overall, his work aims to advance comparative legal understanding and support the development of effective intellectual property protection mechanisms in an increasingly globalized and digitalized legal environment.

Mr. Weitao Yue is a Ph.D. candidate at the China University of Mining and Technology, specializing in Safety Science and Engineering with a focus on coal and rock dynamic disaster prevention and control. His research is dedicated to addressing critical challenges in coal mine safety, emphasizing the investigation of underlying mechanisms, monitoring and early warning systems, and the development of innovative control technologies for coal and rock dynamic disasters. He has actively contributed to multiple national-level major research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, National Key Research and Development Program projects, and National Major Scientific Instrument Development projects, where he played pivotal roles in theoretical innovation, experimental research, and data analysis. Mr. Yue has published seven high-impact SCI papers as first or corresponding author in top-tier journals such as International Journal of Mining Science and Technology, Engineering Geology, Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering, Measurement, Journal of Central South University, and Physics of Fluids. Notably, two of his papers have been recognized as ESI Highly Cited, ranking among the top 1% most cited globally, reflecting his significant academic influence. His research provides theoretical foundations and technical solutions to enhance coal mine safety, contributing substantially to the advancement of mining engineering and disaster prevention technologies.
