Dr. Aiza de Torres Asi, PhD, is a distinguished researcher and practitioner in economics, management, and organizational development. She currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Secretary at the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development in the Vatican and is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Sophia University Institute, Italy. She holds a PhD in Economics and Management from Sophia University Institute and the University of Cagliari, summa cum laude, and a Master’s in Business Administration from San Beda University, magna cum laude. Her professional experience spans financial analysis, organizational development, accounting, and operational management across international and non-profit organizations. Dr. Asi’s research focuses on leadership, digital servitization, spirituality in family business succession, inclusivity, and the practical application of Catholic social teaching in business. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters, presented her work at international conferences, and serves as a peer reviewer for multiple academic journals. Dr. Asi has been recognized for her leadership excellence throughout her academic journey and is actively engaged in teaching, mentoring, and summer school programs in social and sustainable management.
