Shuangcheng Li is a professor of physical geography with a doctoral background and extensive leadership in integrated land–environment research. He holds a Ph.D. and has developed a distinguished academic career as a professor, doctoral supervisor, and director of national key laboratories, leading numerous major research projects. His research interests focus on ecosystem services and human well-being, land system carbon source–sink assessment, land–climate–vegetation interactions, renewable energy impacts, and environmental health effects of climate change.
