šŸŽ“ INTRODUCTION

I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology, Pakistan. My journey into the world of technology began here, where I built a strong foundation in core computing concepts and problem-solving. With a natural inclination toward innovation and systems thinking, I transitioned into the logistics sector, working as a Business IT Analyst at TPL Logistics, a pioneering Pakistani startup focused on digitizing the country’s logistics operations from the first mile to the last. Recently, in 2024, I completed a Master’s Degree in Government Science from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Indonesia. My academic and professional experiences have sparked a profound interest in research—especially on how governance and public administration can be transformed through digital innovation. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Government Affairs and Administration to further this vision.

🧠 EARLY ACADEMIC PURSUITS

My academic journey began at Korangi Public Secondary School (2007–2012), where I laid the groundwork with a focus on Computer Science. I pursued my intermediate education in Pre-Engineering at SSAT Degree College (2012–2014), which expanded my analytical and mathematical abilities. I then earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (2015–2019). My thirst for interdisciplinary learning led me to Indonesia, where I completed my Master’s degree in Government Sciences at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (2022–2024). Presently, I am enrolled in their Doctoral program, exploring the nexus between technology and governance.

šŸ’¼ PROFESSIONAL ENDEAVORS

My professional journey started with internships and short-term roles as a Web Developer at Ksoft International and Interns Pakistan in 2018. I then joined TPL Logistics, a YC-backed startup (Rider – YC WC22), in early 2019. Over five years, I served as a Business Analyst in the Product Research and Software Development Department. There, I worked on digital logistics solutions, process automation, and business intelligence tools. My role required the integration of technology with traditional systems—an experience that sharpened both my technical and strategic thinking capabilities.

šŸ” CONTRIBUTIONS AND RESEARCH FOCUS

Driven by a strong interdisciplinary mindset, my research interests lie at the intersection of technology and governance. I focus on Digital Government, Process Automation, Smart Cities, E-Government, Digital Transformation, Public Policy, Smart Citizens, International Relations, and Public Sector Innovation. Through my academic work and professional insights, I aim to develop data-driven governance models and contribute to the evolution of transparent, accountable, and efficient public services.

šŸŒ IMPACT AND INFLUENCE

My work in the logistics tech space contributed to reshaping last-mile delivery models in Pakistan, improving operational efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy. As a researcher, my goal is to influence government decision-making by leveraging AI, data analytics, and civic technology. The combination of my technical and governance background places me in a unique position to drive innovation within the public sector, especially in emerging economies.

šŸ“š ACADEMIC CITATIONS AND PUBLICATIONS

While pursuing my Master’s degree, I have engaged in academic writing, focusing on smart governance frameworks, digital transformation policies, and data analytics for public decision-making. I utilize tools like Nvivo, VOSviewer, SmartPLS, Bibliometrix, and Zotero for qualitative and bibliometric analysis. My ongoing doctoral research will be focused on the implementation of AI-powered governance systems in Southeast Asia, with an emphasis on comparative public administration.
