Dr. Suan Shi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural Engineering at China Agricultural University, Beijing, bringing over 20 years of expertise in transforming lignocellulosic biomass into biofuels and chemicals. Her work focuses on innovative methods for converting agricultural waste into value-added products, including raw material characterization, biomass pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis, and microbial fermentation.
