Dr. David Almorza Gomar is a Profesor Titular in the Department of Statistics and Operational Research at the University of Cádiz, Spain. He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Cádiz in 1998, with a doctoral thesis on the characterization of the Pólya distribution.
