Dr. Ion Tirca is a physicist and materials science researcher specializing in photonic processing, thin films, and laser–matter interaction. His academic formation includes a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, a master’s degree in physics, a PhD in sciences, and a postdoctoral research program at the University of Craiova, where he also contributed as a project manager in an entrepreneurial education initiative.
