His thirst for knowledge led him to the United Kingdom, where he achieved a Master's degree in Environmental Informatics from the University of Leicester with Distinction in 2007. Dr. El Kenawy's academic journey continued with a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Zaragoza in Spain, where he graduated cum laude in 2012.
