 Dr. Vasilis S. Vasiliou began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Crete, Greece, in 2008. He further pursued a Master of Science in Abnormal and Clinical Psychology from the University of Swansea, Wales, UK, which he completed in January 2011. Later, Vasilis earned his Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Cyprus in 2017, focusing his dissertation on "Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Primary Headache Sufferers: A randomized Controlled Trial."

Professional Endeavors

With an impressive academic foundation, Dr. Vasilis embarked on several significant professional roles. He commenced his post-doctoral research journey as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at University College Cork (UCC) in Ireland from January 2019 to September 2021. He also served as a Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at UCC from February 2021 to September 2021.

In 2021, Vasilis held concurrent part-time roles at two prestigious institutions: as a Post-Doctoral Mixed Methods Research Associate at the University of Oxford and as a Post-Doctoral in Clinical Health Psychology Research Associate at Cardiff University.
