Dr. Seema Irshad is an Assistant Professor of Psychology with more than a decade of experience in higher education, research, and clinical practice. She earned her PhD in Psychology from Aligarh Muslim University, developing a strong academic foundation in psychological theory, research methodology, and applied practice. Her academic career has been primarily associated with a leading public university in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she has contributed extensively to undergraduate and graduate teaching, curriculum design, and academic coordination. Dr. Patrick Dangla is a senior researcher and internationally recognized expert in civil and geotechnical engineering, with strong academic links to Southeast University and Tsinghua University. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1982, a PhD in Civil Engineering from École des Ponts ParisTech in 1989, and completed his Habilitation in Civil Engineering in 2000, focusing on energy-based and numerical approaches for unsaturated porous media. His academic and research career spans more than three decades, during which he has led and contributed to major national and international research projects on CO₂ geological storage, salt crystallization, gas-hydrate-bearing sediments, and accelerated carbonation of recycled concrete. His research interests include poromechanics, coupled hydro-mechanical and chemo-mechanical processes, durability of cementitious materials, carbonation, sulfate attack, reactive transport, and multi-scale modeling of porous media. Dr. Dangla has supervised or co-supervised more than 25 PhD candidates and actively collaborates with leading institutions and industry partners, including Electricité de France and Tsinghua University. He has authored 121 scientific documents, receiving 6,061 citations from 4,940 documents, with an h-index of 36, reflecting his strong scientific impact. She obtained her Ph.D. in Optics and Spectroscopy from the University of Bucharest, following an MSc in Semiconductor Physics and a Licentiate degree in Physics. Her research expertise spans the fabrication and characterization of functional nanostructures, including electrospun polymer nanofibers, semiconductor and metallic nanostructures, composite nanomaterials, and plasmonic systems, with applications in optoelectronics, sensing, photocatalysis, biosensing, and environmental remediation. She has led or coordinated numerous national and international research projects and has been actively involved in Romanian–European collaborative programs. Dr. Enculescu has authored 221 scientific documents indexed in major databases, accumulating 2,771 citations from 2,365 citing documents, and holds an h-index of 26. Her work also includes patented technologies in biosensing and surface plasmon resonance platforms. Prof. Mierlita has directed eight research grants and participated in over 11 projects on optimizing nutrition and productivity of sheep, poultry, and dairy cows, with a particular focus on functional foods.
