Francisco completed his PhD in Molecular Biology in Medicine at the University of Guadalajara, Center for Health Sciences (2021-2023). He earned his Master’s in Sustainable Production Systems from Universidad Estatal de Sonora (2016-2018) and his Bachelor’s in Marine Biology at Instituto TecnolĂłgico de BahĂa de Banderas (2005-2009).

Currently, he is a PhD researcher at the Biomedical Research Center of Occidente (IMSS) from 2021 to 2025. Previously, he worked as a Master’s researcher at Universidad Estatal de Sonora (2016-2018) and completed research internships at CICIMAR-IPN (2008-2009), Instituto Tecnológico del Valle del Yaqui (2017), and CIAD-CONACYT Culiacán (2018). He also served as an academic coordinator and lecturer at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2013 to 2017.
