Dr. Porawan Witwaranukool began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Phrapokklao Nursing College affiliated with Burapha University in Thailand. She then pursued a Master of Nursing Science in Adult Nursing from Chulalongkorn University, further solidifying her foundation in nursing. Her quest for specialization led her to attain a Certificate of Teaching in Clinical Setting from Mahidol University and later a Certificate of OB-GYN in Practice from the same institution. Her academic pinnacle was achieved when she earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science from Queensland University of Technology in Australia.

With a solid academic background, Dr. Witwaranukool embarked on her professional journey, serving as a Registered Nurse for EENT nursing and chemotherapy at Phrapokklao Hospital in Chanthaburi, Thailand, from 2004 to 2012. She also held the position of the secretary of the Clinical Lead Team ENT Department during this tenure. Subsequently, she transitioned into a role as a nursing researcher at Phrapokklao Hospital before joining the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, as a Supervisor and Lecturer. Her expertise in gynecological cancer and problems, radiological nursing, and other areas of nursing has been instrumental in educating and guiding future nurses.
