Jack has had a distinguished career in academia and drama education. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor II at the School of Education and Languages, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, where he has been since July 2016. His role includes leading several undergraduate and master’s programs, such as the Bachelor of Language Studies with Honours [Applied Chinese Language Studies] and the Master of Education in Drama and Language Education. His responsibilities also extend to developing and coordinating various drama and language courses.

Before his current role, Jack worked as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer at Hong Kong Metropolitan University, and has held teaching and research positions at various institutions including QualiEd College and the Arts Education Section of the Curriculum Development Institute.
